NOVA DRIVE currently ships to addresses in the United States only. Standard shipping is free for all eligible orders.

Estimated delivery

Estimated delivery to the United States is 7–15 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.

Orders may be fulfilled by third-party partners. Carrier delays, weather, public holidays, and incorrect delivery information can affect arrival times.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send the tracking details after the order ships.

Shipping address

Please enter a complete and accurate United States shipping address. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at novastore0@gmail.com. We may be unable to change an address after fulfillment begins.

Delays and missing orders

If we cannot ship your order within the time promised, we will contact you about the delay and offer the choices required by applicable law, including cancellation and a refund. If tracking shows a delivery problem or the parcel is missing, contact us so we can investigate.
